Today was Varun’s second visit over a number of year’s. All repaired in a mere jiffy of time, and up and running as new. A delight of a gentleman too.

Sometimes I spend time trying to do something myself. What a waste of time, I make things worse! Anyway, armed with a list of technical problems, I called Varun who dealt with them all speedily. Why go anywhere else when you get this kind of service from a lovely, warm, kind man? No reason at all.

Varun supplied us with a new replacement desktop Mac and transferred all data from the old one to the new one. Returned promptly to fix an issue with the printer. All in all, a five star service. Highly recommended!

Good morning. Last week we had our email hacked. It was a few days before the hackers started to send messages to everyone in our address book, luckily our friends started to alert us to these. The message asked them if they used Amazon and if someone replied, the hacker, posing as my husband, asked if our friends/ family could purchase a £50 gift voucher for him. I spent hours trying to fix this but couldn’t as they had changed our password and my mobile number. In case you don’t know, a sure sign that you have been hacked is that you do not receive any emails, as they are all going to the hackers.

After hours of stress, I contacted Varun Mathur, the amazing local IT guy. It took him sometime to get our email address back, but still not receiving mail. Varun took my iPad away and, after many hours work, he managed to get into the hackers system and destroy it. They had over 500 hacked emails on it!

So…..be careful about who you reply to, and if you are worried send for Varun. It cost us money, but was well worth it to get our problem sorted out. Varun is my hero!

Varun has been absolutely amazing with helping to fit a liquid CPU cooler for my son’s gaming PC.

My son is over the moon, I’m sure I won’t see him for the rest of the day now as he’ll be having fun on his PC 😂.

Both myself and my son are so thankful for your help. And so easy to contact and such quick responses too. If you have any issues with your pc I 100000% recommend Varun, my son is Autistic and isn’t really good with talking to people he doesn’t know, but he kept saying how nice and kind Varun is.
