After transferring data from my old phone to new hadn’t realised had sign in problems etc with couple of the apps like outlook and banking plus other confusing things. Varun had been recommended to me as he could do home visits, he just went through everything so calmly, explaining everything to me. All sorted so I can rest easy now. Thank you so much Varun.

First off, please let me apologise. Varun helped us well over a year ago when my family’s business was in a bad place having thought that our data was not able to be recovered. We should have left a review then but I truly forgot all about it.

I had delivered Varun a harddrive that I thought was cooked. He took a few weeks to get back to us but when he did, we were elated because most of what we needed was recovered.

Following upgrade of my Lap Top to Windows 11 which went OK, later out of the blue it would not connect to the printer. I could not sort it out so having found DVM I spoke with Varun and arranged for. him to visit and assess the problem. He came on time and within 30 minutes had identified the problem, sorted it out and everything was up and running. I would recommend DVM to anyone needing help with their computers and equipment. Varun is friendly, very knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else now.

Today was Varun’s second visit over a number of year’s. All repaired in a mere jiffy of time, and up and running as new. A delight of a gentleman too.

Sometimes I spend time trying to do something myself. What a waste of time, I make things worse! Anyway, armed with a list of technical problems, I called Varun who dealt with them all speedily. Why go anywhere else when you get this kind of service from a lovely, warm, kind man? No reason at all.

Varun supplied us with a new replacement desktop Mac and transferred all data from the old one to the new one. Returned promptly to fix an issue with the printer. All in all, a five star service. Highly recommended!

I needed some urgent Apple IMac help and Varun was responsive, friendly and reliable. He is an amazing IT guru.

Good morning. Last week we had our email hacked. It was a few days before the hackers started to send messages to everyone in our address book, luckily our friends started to alert us to these. The message asked them if they used Amazon and if someone replied, the hacker, posing as my husband, asked if our friends/ family could purchase a £50 gift voucher for him. I spent hours trying to fix this but couldn’t as they had changed our password and my mobile number. In case you don’t know, a sure sign that you have been hacked is that you do not receive any emails, as they are all going to the hackers.

After hours of stress, I contacted Varun Mathur, the amazing local IT guy. It took him sometime to get our email address back, but still not receiving mail. Varun took my iPad away and, after many hours work, he managed to get into the hackers system and destroy it. They had over 500 hacked emails on it!

So…..be careful about who you reply to, and if you are worried send for Varun. It cost us money, but was well worth it to get our problem sorted out. Varun is my hero!
